I had a really good run to end 2009…

Average Pace: 7:53 per mile

I had a cold again this morning What is up with that? It really is no big deal though. I am pretty sure it has something to do with the weather. I feel completely fine; I don’t have a fever, I’m not tired, no aches and pains… Just a damn stuffy nose! I will push through!

Today marked my last run of 2009. Wow this year went by fast, but it was a good one! I am sick of reading recaps from other blogs, so I am not going to write one of my own. There is no way I can look at another recap, let alone write one, so you can just surf the blog if you want to find out more about me.

I set out today in an attempt to run 3,200 miles for 2009. Obviously, according to my title, I reached that goal. I only needed 9.1 miles, so it was going to take something drastic for me to not get that mileage. Come hell or high water, I was crawling 9.1 miles. Luckily, I didn’t have to crawl

Sadly, my last run was pretty standard. Nothing really happened and I am sad to report that I really have nothing to report. I wish that somehow I chased down some bad guys and saved the day or something, but I didn’t. I feel a bit boring. I wasn’t a BAMF today either; I just ran an easy 10 miles to finish the year.

Well I am off to dinner with my family. We are going to an upscale steakhouse so it will be a good meal. I plan on getting the surf and turf because dad is pay
